The last decade of major Sonic games (with the exception of Origins being an anniversary release) have historically released on Tuesdays so that tracks.
About when I expected. Really hoping this game pulls through.

Damn Sonic and Skull and Bones the same day and then God of War the next. Who knows what else may get penciled into that week.
Denuvo is so shortsighted of the execw. They could use a sales boost from the pc audience. But man, that's earlier than I expected. I thought it'd be pushed to early December considering the open world nature of the game and the additional QA that entails. Kishimoto has always released polished products in terms of technical performance though so it should be fine. Here's hoping the game is good and it sells well. Also, I think Sonic's audience is different enough that releasing close to GOW should be fine. Releasing next to Pokemon would be far riskier. Skull and Bone is a non-factor lol.
Huh neat fact, I didn't know this.
I hope releasing in november somehow means less crunch for the developers.
