Get an exclusive character themed pattern. (all versions of characters except Mario Sports cards)

• Peach
• Yoshi

Get a series themed pattern (includes characters from the Super Smash Bros series.)

• All Kirby related amiibo
• All Zelda related amiibo, including the Champions
• All Splatoon related amiibo
• All Animal Crossing amiibo and cards + Villager.

Characters not listed here will unlock a generic design pattern.

Seems like syn Sophia toned down the unique amiibo support quite a bit from the third entry. Rosalina, Wii Fit Trainer and Samus support was dropped.

If I'm not mistaken, I read that this time male fashion is just an extra activity in a separate facility from the boutique. All items already unlocked and no money gained.
