Wat, not hardcore PC enough!
That's not happening. The whole point of the Windows Store is to deeply integrate it into the OS.Today, the only way to fix their store is to separate the store from Windows. Is so internally linked with so many errors and bad decisions that there is no way to update one without breaking the other.
Games on the Windows Store seem to be doing pretty fine, actually. The store is garbage, they continually release games on their store as exclusives knowing people hate their store, people don't buy them...
Yeah, while I'm happy that more people will get to play the game with it being on PC, I'm mostly just excited that this may get us a 4K update on X. Still my favorite game of the current console generation.
The era of the Xbox console exclusive is dead, something I see being a theme of this E3.Nooooooooooo
This is my favorite XboxOne exclusive game....

The resolution on XB1 is still why I sit on my copy unplayed to this day. Hope this, or an X update, happens.

That's a bad argument because there are heaps of games that sell very well on Steam yet have effectively dead online communities. Also, I wouldn't call Age of Empires DE a particularly "long awaited" game. It was a more "Why are they even remaking this instead of AoE2" game.Last but not least, it's also a fact that the online community for Windows Store games without cross-play is dead within weeks, including the long awaited Age of Empires DE.
That's... not really an issue, though? Microsoft are pushing people towards Game Pass for a reason, y'know. A huge benefit for them is that people using a 14 day trial are being weaned onto the Windows Store. These people become that person who chimes in to say they didn't experience any issues with the store, and stuff like that. But this number includes Xbox gamers using Play Anywhere and people playing the game using the free 14-day Game Pass trial, so the actual number of sales is (much) lower (probably 150k-250k range).

YES YES YES!
Also to those complaining about Xbox losing an exclusive, wouldn't you rather see a sequel to SSO? PC sales increases those chances.
I'm sure they already have it figured out since the Xbox One can do Xbox 360 BC just fine.Rare Replay consists for nearly 30% of xbox 360 emulated games. They'd have to figure out 360 bc to pc first before they could port it.
The game's reviews are largely positive on the store, and the game has 10,000+ reviews already.
Game deserves a 2nd chance for sure. Looks fucking horrible on the original Xbox, it will look glorious at 60fps 4K

The amount of people upset that microsoft would DARE to sell their published game on their store is baffling
I want it to be play anywhere, so i want it on w10 store as well. Arrest me!
