Smash has always had a scene of content creators re: fanart, so I don't understand the thread title

This isn't some new occurrence, Smash 4 is like 2-3 years old at this point

I spoke to him about Smash Switch, and he said he's going to have a new project for Smash Switch. I asked him if he would continue his stained glass project, and he said maybe. I figure if more people ask him and he might do it! :P

Its had one since forever. I know the title is a trend/meme thing, but c'mon cant we at least reserve that title scheme for new IP?

And none of these are even for the 2018 Smash.

It's a joke but to be honest I WAS going to change it. But I got logged out by mistake and forgot to refraise it while redoing the thread.

It's meant to be for the franchise as a whole but if you want something more recent.

I think I've grown tired of these thread titles. At least this meme makes sense when talking about a new IP like Overwatch or Splatoon but Smash? This series has had fanart since last century! 1999 to be exact.

FWIW when I came up with that thread title it was just supposed to be a regular thread title and not a new meme let alone an entry on Know Your Meme....
