I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a joke when her "bust" is just the chest portion of the power suit, lights and all. Also the use of the pelvic ridges as a mock G-string.
It's not her power suit though
It's a parasite mimicking Samus. The suit *is* the bust.
Yeah, but still, the joke is that the artist is taking a character who is literally a radioactive suit of armor with some fleshy bits and casting her in the sexy scantily-clad cowgirl stereotype, complete with the visor somehow winking.
That's amazing!

Palutena strikes me as the kind of person who'd gamble an uncomfortable amount of money of these games, leading to same heated incidents
So many clever choices, Uncle Grandpa Ganondorf, Father Game & Watch, Mr. Cloud Smalls, Eddy Wario, and I can almost hear Mordecai and Rigby going "woooooooooaaah".
Eddy!Wario is near perfection.. As is Rolf!Chrom, Edd!Robin, Angus!Roy, and Bloo Bomber.
VERY upset that no Belmont brought any form of meat. :p
