The Lupin leak said 10 am PST on the 17th. We're still quite a ways off.

Nintendo are also doing large scale maintenance right now which is scheduled to be done in about 7 hours. With how hammered their servers were when Joker dropped, it's hard not to envision them beefing things up for Hero.
