Well, I guess being completely wrong about RE content at the VGAs sucks.

For the same reason as Dante from Dante's Inferno series, Gokus from soccer and math, Heihachi from a movie, and basically all but four bonus entries. Someone just wrote "Dimitri" in their nomination, and I couldn't resist stretching it somehow. (Fun fact: if one searches for Dimitri on Wikipedia, the list one gets includes Sly Cooper Dimitri, but last time I checked did not include the Fire Emblem Dimitri.)

TGAs are right in the middle of my two exam weeks, so it'll actually be really nice to take a decent break then.

The glo-up was real for Carlos. And thankfully, Jill got a more tasteful redesign.
You can tell the TGAs are geared to the west coast by how late it goes on a weeknight in EST.

The only thing I'd change is to have Jill wear her white jacket with the sleeves rolled up. Otherwise, I'd take that design over her old tube top any day of the week.
Yep. I really don't like the results of the RE engine. I rather have a more stylistic look for characters than they looking like real people
I hope they don't use it for a upcoming Street Fighter or any fighting game, honestly. I'd hate that
Not that I recall, & I usually keep up with such rumors. As far as we know, only Capcom Dev 1 has access to the RE Engine. For reference, Capcom's fighting games are made at Capcom Dev 2.
Either way, I can't see Capcom releasing any new fighting games before Street Fighter VI, which I don't foresee coming out until at least Early 2022 (exclusively next-gen).
