If I use both of these, do I need to use them in a certain order, or does it not matter?
For characters listed under 00, are the ones listed closer to 00 considered more disliked than the ones listed further, or vice versa?

I would be fine with Amaterasu since thats an interesting character with moveset potential.
I will however say that Okami is not a good game. It has a lot of the same issues Skyward Sword had.

Damn this is a bad take on two levels.

Game is padded to hell and back so its over long. The fetch questing gets old real fucking fast. The cutscenes are also too long and the Banjo Kazooie style voices are much more irritating. Playing the game despite some cool mechanics feels like a chore.
I won't say its AS bad as Skyward Sword but I retain that Okami isn't good.
Skyward Sword is the worst 3d Zelda by a country mile.
Majora's Mask and Breath of the Wild exist.
Those are the only two that refute that claim though.
You could've gotten away with saying "some", maybe even "most". But you didn't.
