Fundamentally, no. It's the same game with an English translation.
It's the SE Asian/HK version, so it'll likely be tied to that eShop.

Singapore would be a good option since that's where the Bamco account that posted this news resides.
I actually have no idea which regions have supported eShops.

I think someone said in the other thread it's to stabilize it and keep it from moving.

I'm curious though. Could BN get away with a straight up western release only using this translation and be allowed to keep all songs intact? Like more or less just slap an ESRB logo on the box and call it a day.

It might, the information in the YouTube video says the SEA version has various languages.

This is good to know. I'm just hoping I can download the English patch without a Southeast eShop account, while still having access to JPN DLC (because I know there will be a few good songs I might buy).
