The idea is to go with a dark type character, because of the 25 million death in the 14th century due to the plague or black death
1.The outfit motif is the western view of grim reaper, with skeleton type outfit and scythe, the black finger "glove" was a sympton back then, the "black" death part, the skirt part is base on crow feather

The name Syphillis is from the 15th century, when a poet and doctor name Girolamo Fracastoro made a story of a shepard named Syphillis that made god angry and punish with the disease after that name, the disease will make you smell and limb grow thin, so shepard is the idea.
1. The shepard hat and the lace that ties it has her name, her hairstyle spiral is the same as the shape of the disease, the silver staff with sheep skeleton is homage to prior to antibiotic, mercury was used as cure and not succesful
2.Her hairpin and ring are sympton that person with the disease will have, her corset have symbol that look like sex organ, and the red dots on her outfit are secondary sympton that can be seen

Promegranate is symbolizing having many children, the angel baby are symbolizing children with hearing problem and the eye buttom is catarat and other eye problem

1.The sleeveless shirt that cover neck and the gem on the neck are base on the shape of the virus, the white line on the shirt are trait of the Egyptian mostiqueto, the red dot/glitter are symptom of the disease, the sleeve of the shirt are base on design of mostiqueto wings
2. The fire headscarf are fever that is a symptom, the strange skull earing is a common, along with the peacock feather and eye make up are symptom(Not sure how to translate into english complete)
3. The red belt is to see like a mostiqueto that has just sucked blood, and the pattern in the pant are leg pantern of both type of mostiquto
4. The pose of hand to face is to show sucking blood, and the sleeve accessory is dendritic cells and how it spread

4. THe hookah is a water base smoke, so it is saying that by breating in water droplet with disease you can get it, the hookah is also decorated with camel
