Chrome on Galaxy s10 plus.

Came here to say this.

It takes over the entire page with a video and even when you close it, it just returns seconds later. I've had to close it 3 times while writing this post!

My OP 7t Pro camera randomly popped up for half a second while browsing the site using FF, and my guess is because an ad trying to access the camera. Sadly I didn't see which ad it was since I browsed away immediately.

Is there any particular reason why it seems this website is contaminated far more than any other? I feel like these types of ads have been going on forever and yet nothing really gets done to prevent them, and no other big website gets this bad for so long.

OMG this BP ad. It's coming up every 10 seconds and filling the entire screen. If I stop scrolling the page for a second, BAM, it's there. But it even popped up three times while I was typing this post. Who thought this was a good idea?

The constant ad refreshes make writing long posts on the iPad a real pain in the ass.

Information
Looks like it's a bad outbreak on mobile this week, I've contacted our ad agency with the details. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I've experienced a few redirects to scam pages too over the last few days.

Browser: Chrome 78.0.3904.97
Platform: Windows 10 1903
Offending Ad: https://eu.globalzionism.top/7c642381e3a7ca47ae8d7ce92192cd69/index.html?
More of these today. Different links, but redirecting to the same scam page.

Browser: Chrome 78.0.3904.97
Platform: Windows 10 1903
Offending Ad: https://eu.regionattractions.icu/d129f88523985715e121924d47cde4a0/index.html? / https://eu.utamaattractions.icu/d129f88523985715e121924d47cde4a0/index.html?

When Chrome finally started intercepting some of these redirects, it showed the URL domain as 'www.indaxexchange.com'. When I followed the specific blocked URL earlier today, it directed to the latter of the eu. domains provided above, but when I followed that same link at two separate later moments, it sent me to yet two other eu. redirect sites with identical content;

https://eu.retailexperiencejournal.icu/6f0462dcf584c114533bd18badd89f10/index.html? / https://eu.retailexperiencejobinterview.icu/6f0462dcf584c114533bd18badd89f10/index.html?

Seems like the 'indaxexchange' domain is the actual source, redirecting to various throwaway eu. domains as they get blocked / shut down / blacklisted / whatever.

Thanks a lot for the details. As far as we can tell this is an issue affecting parts of Europe at this time; we've contacted our partners requesting an investigation and solution.

Browser: Firefox
Platform: Desktop
Offending Ad:

Regional for Austria, not sure about other countries. The ad opens up almost immediately upon entering a thread, autodirects to its page, completely prohibiting going back or actually letting the user get past it.
The ad masks itself as being from one of Austria's mobile providers (A1) raffling off an iPhone in exchange for a survey. I believe that this ad might be a phishing tool.
Can't provide a screenshot because I'm at a class PC, and don't know if this will happen at my home PC.

I tried around a bit during that class and Internet Explorer also encountered this ad.

I'm getting constant pop up blocks, probably 1 every 30 seconds. One gets through about once every 5-10 mins. Redirects to "daily Bible quotes", and your usual various phishing sweepstakes lock-sites.

This is Android using Chrome.

Only getting this behavior on ResetEra (which ist the case always. I visit many other sites and forums and none of them ever have this problem)

Been happening for the past week.

Now I'm getting "OMG YOU HAVE A VIRUS!!" bullshit, instead of the "Extravagant Whatever-the-fuck" bullshit.

Y'all are a damn mess with these ads.
