The writing isnt very good. I dont like it when characters dont actually talk like real people.

Yeah not really feeling the dialogue here. Definitely not up there with the rest of Sony's big games.
I will never understand how anybody can skip cutscenes in story-driven games. Even in the ones with very little cutscenes, like Souls games, I still can't.

Pre-Quantum Break Remedy is totally guilty of this, but they made it work because their writing had that cheesy charm and a unique voice. I miss that terribly.

She explains why that is in the trailer. She is being held in the city, she can't leave. But she is not restrained or anything like that within the city itself.
lol exactly. it even semi confirmed some gameplay elements. there might be cities or at the very least outposts.
the last three cutscenes have done a great job explaining the babies, the ghosts and the actual plot of the game. not sure why people still pretend to be confused.

i like kojima but you can't blame me for not understanding
when you got to view all the cutscenes/trailers to understand stuff, its a bad look, certainly for the general gaming public who may not have the patience that i did
