Was The Heroes Universe ever confirmed to be in any mainstream comic universe? The comics I mean.
I already considered him one in Heroes, so it should be fine.
I don't think every big bad needs to be connected to the heroes in some way. Usually outside of 1 or 2 villains most of them are nobodies to the hero
Looks fine. I liked Mohinder on Heroes. Flash is bottom of the barrel for me compared to the other DC shows though.
Man, I really hope this show can rebound. I really like the cast I just wish they'd give them something to work with. This show just spends so much time spinning it's tires doing nothing for half the season.
I don't think the problem last season was that Cicada was a nobody
It was that he never felt like a real threat and it always felt like they needed contrivances to keep him around as one
In the end with Thawne it makes sense because of that, but it doesn't make the 21 episodes of Cicada to get there any better

Sorry to say, Godspeed was a one off. He won't be returning unless they have a long long term plan. I'm talking 2 seasons worth of build up to a 3rd season final villain type thing. It seems like it was just a nod to the comic readers and nothing more.

The only reason there is a Crisis is because Barry wouldn't kill Thawne after he was working with Nazis to cut out Supergirl's heart.

Already covered in the other thread. They didn't lie last time, people misinterpreted them saying "multiple stories" as meaning two separate arcs.
They've already said this Big Bad is leading into Crisis
