I wonder if they'll try and power Jay back up so he can sacrifice himself. Or Wally. It'll be a real cop out if a Flash doesn't die.
It's more like Barry is trying to be Doctor Strange here but "giving up" isn't really part of Barry's vocabulary the way it is for Strange.

I seriously HOPE they aren't trying to use the 'the only timeline where everyone doesn't die is the one where Barry dies instead' as a plot point.
His little glimpse into the future seems to point toward that, though.

That wouldn't be surprising at all, for sure. Plus, they have to know tons of comic fans would be expecting it just based on the name of the crossover.
He can't outrun her powers but couldn't he outrun her reflexes? How could she possible have aimed at him if he had decided to run behind her?
think about how much better Barry's track record would be if he just carried like a sack of a pebbles on him and just whipped those at people instead of running at them
