Also feels bizarre we live in a world where El Tigre and Angry Beavers made the cut before any Fairly Odd Parents characters.
Seems some villains took precedent over popular picks like Azula > Zuko, Krabs > Plankton (they're both very popular but Krabs more so)

Not that big of a deal to me that it leaked honestly, the first game was equally leaky and people obsessed with roster speculation can still talk about the DLC. The real fun was seeing the biweekly character showcases.
As for the roster picks... I love the weirdness but it's going to suck if not all of the characters from NASB 1 are returning. Literally all three of my mains (CatDog, Helga, and Oblina) are gone.

Though what's with the new Loud House stage and no new character?
Rumor was that there was weird rights issues going on with Frederator Studios, but Teenage Robot made it in, so that's debunked. Maybe that's the exception, since it's the only Frederator Studios property to make it into the game.
Azula would also be a much more interesting fighters than Zuko due to lightning and flying. So if they could only include one Firebender I think it made sense to be her (I say this as someone who has Zuko and Azula as their two favorite ATLA characters).
I could see a number of returning characters not being in the key art but well see. Cutting Mikey and Leo would be weird
Box art is likely just highlighting all the new additions. Multiple characters not in the box art were shown in the trailer for 2. If there's cuts, it'll be very minimal.

I've double checked, outside of the segment of Squidward watching the first game footage, nobody shown in the second game's engine is missing from this artwork. Unless I'm blind and you can give me a time stamp of "at x:xx you see y and they're not in this image"
I made the assumption that everyone from the first game was back, so I was counting Helga.

Aw man, Yay for Azula and Gerald, boo for no Ronnie Anne T~T. Ember is a surprise pick that I don't hate or love, makes a lot of sense with popularity though.
Surprised they dumped Helga, but I'm not surprised they dropped Lincoln but still kept Lucy. I would've thought there'd be 'more' TLH characters, not less though.
