It is utterly hypocritcal that Biden's behaviour has been tolerated this long. I don't think there is anything wrong with being touchy feely in a consential and jovial sort of way, but he is touchy creepy, and now it seems he is also a sexual harraser at the very least. The allegations may be from some time ago, but given his public conduct, he doesn't seem like a reformed character. I mean his sexism at least has been well known for years, particularly through his conduct of Anita Hill.
Also, the conduct by Times Up is reprehensible, but not surprising. Institutionalisation and people's often misguided perception of the greater good, often throw the people who should be their primary audience under the bus. And, I don't think it is any persons responsibility to withold allegations like this for political calculus. I mean sure, if they are proven false, then that that would reflect terribly on whoever made such accusations. However, given Biden's public and political conduct, this doesn't seem out of character.
