I don't think Ogre needs to be changed much. He gets a light nerf at most, and maybe in the form of some item nerf or something.
Io though....yeahhhhhhhhhh that Level 25 talent's gonna get a good stern talkin' to, as well as the other skills of the hero. Io is the new Batrider, no matter how much they nerf him, he'll still get picked and still be OP.

Yeah Ogre only has a 45% win rate this TI so he's certainly not busted.
I think Alch needs to be looked at. Teams do not want to face him so he has the highest ban rate. Its just to easy for him to go away for 15mins and come out of the jungle with 3 items and wreck you.

I have LGD coming back from the LB to win in the Grand Final in my bracket 😉
