Well TLOU2 in 2019 and Death Stranding in 2020. Those are the biggest upcoming PS games and it would be so unwise to clash them together.

Right but we know mocap began in April 2017. Wouldn't be a stretch to say they're done with all of it 2 years later.

Don't rely on the cure-end-of-all theme and instead focus on other things in the mean time on this incredible world. Literally, we just started the journey.
I'd say expand on the lore and world building with this installment. Flesh out the new characters and their motivations.

This year would be better for them, considering 2020 has more PlayStation platform exclusives releasing than 2019
If Dying Light 2 lives up to its promise it will get pretty close. Man this year is stacked with Zombie Games (RE2R, DL2,TLoU2, Days Gone)
I suppose that's true, though I don't think they would have any trouble spreading them out in 2020. TLOU P. 2 in February, Tsushima in May, and Death Stranding in September...for example.
But yeah, TLOU P.2 will have crazy good sales in either scenario. I think September or October 2019 could make a lot of sense too.

It doesn't matter if it does indeed launch in 2019 for me. The PS5 is coming 2020 and it's extremely likely it'll get a PS5 "remastered" version, even with the PS4 backwards compatibility. If it doesn't, then you know it'll atleast get a PS5-enhanced patch via PS4 BC. I have a massive backlog, I'm cool with waiting another year for a better version of the game.
What'll be REALLY hard tho is avoiding spoilers on this game for that long, which I don't think will even be possible.
