Minecraft is not a new IP in the past decade.
Original release is in 2009.

EDIT: Also as others pointer out the article's content seems to conflict with the tile.

I think it's meant to be read as "single entry". All other new IP on the list have multiple games or spin-offs.

RDR is technically not considered a new IP because red dead revolver exists.
