Wait, is it 9am EST or is it 6am EST? The timer on the D+ page is counting down to 6am EST for me.
So people can watch it at work. lol
The show is up to 3 hours after D+ launches.
I don't know if other articles mentioned it may be up earlier than 9am ET.
Can't believe we're only like 13-16 hours away from the first episode of the first ever live action Star Wars show, like holy fuck

The sad truth. On the bright side, come UK release, I hope they have the full show up.

It's not, I'm just saying, it's kinda weird that it's not releasing at a more usual time, stuff generally releases after work for big shows (like 5-6PM PST ish)
I remember reading all the rumors of the supposed live action Star Wars TV series way back in the day and getting super excited about it. It never materialized of course, but to think that we're finally getting one now is truly surreal.
So is it possible that Bo-Katan may be a character in this? I mean, if it's right after RotJ, she's probably still the leader of Mandalore, right?
And if so, if she ever does show up, I hope it's Katie Sackoff. Same with Sabine... if she's ever in it, I hope it's Tiya Sircar. I feel like Filoni has always had a habit of matching character design to voice actors, especially on Rebels, so they can possibly reprise their roles if they ever go live action.

Me too! If memory serves, the earliest reports that Lucas was aiming to create that live action show date all the way back to around 2007.

Yup! They apparently had two full seasons of that show written too. It's a shame it never came to fruition. Super excited we're finally getting a live action show.
So UK peeps can watch it at a reasonable hour. Pretty nice of Disney.

I answered the same question a couple of pages ago so I'll just quote myself:
I think he envies your ability to see it for the first time. At least I don't see a /s tag, as many fans regard the Clone Wars series very highly.
If you decide to watch beyond the mandalorian arcs, I recommend using this guide to watch it in chronological order.

I normally get ready for work between 6 AM and 7 AM, and leave at 7. But tomorrow I'm gonna get ready by 6 and just watch the whole ep in my work clothes lol
The Clone Wars single handedly saves the Prequel time period.
Now for the movies themselves Darths and Droids single handedly saves the films.
I've tried getting into it multiple times (I think 3 or 4) and hated it. I hear it gets better as it progresses though, and it definitely has its moments, from what I've seen.
Just want to add, if you're going to watch these, you may also want to add the following Clone Wars episodes:
S3E12 Nightsisters
S3E13 Monster
S3E14 Witches of the Mist
S4E19 Massacre
S4E20 Bounty
S4E21 Brothers
S4E22 Revenge
S5E01 Revival
These episodes don't directly involve Mandalore, however they do involve setting up things that relate to Mandalore, and if you skip them you may wonder how/why a few specific characters and events are playing out.
Those last two (Revenge & Revival) especially really set up the major events of Eminence/Shades of Reason/The Lawless. But, in turn, those two episodes are really set-up by the preceding eps I'm adding here.
The twist is: it's Boba's armor, but not Boba. The Mandalorian was one of Jabba's guards on that fateful day, and was left for dead. He found Boba's regurgitated corpse and took his armor.
