Cloak and Dagger is very good. Season 1 was good. Season 2 started a bit slow for my tastes but has since really picked up (especially with the villain reveal).

Keanu would have been a cool Dr. Strange.
I still think Taron Egerton would be the best choice for Wolverine.

I'm pretty sure this is a no but it doesn't hurt to ask - has anyone edited/removed the "avenge the fallen" line from the Endgame character posters? I'd love to have the Nebula image as a wallpaper but without the words.

After watching the film and diving in the promo material, I'm pretty sure I saw that somewhere. Maybe on SHH or MCU reddit? Look for Endgame edits or something like that.

Catching up on the movies finally. Just watched most of the MCU movies up to Infinity War. Only IW3/4 to go!

Winter Soldier and Ragnarok were far, far better than all the other movies. Ragnarok in particular was by far the most fun Marvel movie. After Wilderpeople and Ragnarok, Waititi has proven himself to be one of the best comedic directors around. Doctor Strange was a far more interesting character in Ragnarok than in his own movie.

In reality, I don't really enjoy most of the MCU movies because they tend to feel really formulaic, especially watching them back to back. Winter Soldier and Ragnarok were good specifically because they feel unique.

I was just remembering that after the Saturday opening screening me and some friends ended up in an Avengers themed open bar party. It was absolutely crowded and I drank more gin than I ever did in my life, and I am a heavy drinker when I don't have to drive.

Seeing all that people with quantum suit t-shirts, hoodies, t-shirts, cosplays mixed together with regular people absolutely losing their shit twerking and dancing to a funk remix of the Avengers theme was one of the most surreal moments of that weekend:

It'd be cool if it got re-named to Captain America and Winter Soldier.

I think I agree with you, although I suspect there may be good cinematic reasons to avoid the traditional comic inheritance model. We've already seen a certain distancing from these cape names in the MCU. Falcon/Sam is a perfectly well defined character, he doesn't necessarily need to fill Steve's shoes by adopting his title. It'll be fun to see him wielding the shield, though.

Plus, when Sam gets the shield, he still feels like it's not his. He'll have to grow into the role (or not!) during the series (presumably). So, I actually prefer Falcon to Captain America at this point.

I mean he could be Falcon, just with the shield. Or maybe the entire series is actually a transition where Sam slowly becomes Captain America.
