Yeah
EeeeeeeeeeeeeehI didn't play enough of Payback, how was the sense of speed there?
you should see your expectations because they are way too high
Well, I had a fair amount of hope that Ghost would try another shot at restarting their take on the series. But reading how it's probably an open world, mostly at night with rainy streets and a darker more mature story (like what, Fast & The Furious 1-2 inspired cars and characters?) and judging by the shots leaked... It looks like the same thing to me.I love ERA classic shitpostings when the games are not out yet, but: "aNoThEr GhOsT gAmEs DiSaStEr"
It's not impossible to make a serious NFS story. The PSP version of Carbon had one and it was surprisingly ok.Iirc everyone involved with the story for that game thought they were making something gritty and serious.
and that's a nope for meBrake to drift is returning but has been fixed and modified to make it responsive
Sounds like they're going back to 2005 with modern graphics. What are speedbreakers again?

I wish they'd pay me back for that purchase
I mean, cutscenes in a NFS game. Who'd have thought it?
My issue is that there's not much reason to believe they can pull it off. The Run was their best attempt (and that was pretty cheese), but the studio that made that shutteredI mean, not talking specifically about NFS cause I don't think they will deliver, but if done right why not?
Hearing how BlackBox closed because they were given 2 years to do the game but Frostbite was just a pain in the ass. Also the sales weren't up to par so yeah. Same thing with Criterion even though that game was good, fans whined it wasn't Most Wanted 2005 and just ugh.My issue is that there's not much reason to believe they can pull it off. I don't blame them, that shit feels good
Why? Why are you doing this to me?
- Open world
- Darker, more serious story
- Game is a fusion of NFS 2015 + NFS Rivals
It can be so dark and edgy that it becomes funny. Who knows. The writer for Most Wanted (2005) probably thought they were writing a serious story.
