Will it have cloud save between Xbox and PC at all? I reckon I'll be playing on PC but will want to at least try it on the X to see how it looks on my 4K TV.

I really dig the combination of skills + perks, and choosing some perks for your companion is a cool idea that I can't believe I hadn't thought of.
