I like mine fried well with no running yolk. Kind of like this

You get a nice crunchy crust to it. Very good.

I bought a little silicon cup thing that you put in a boiling pot of water. It basically makes an egg patty thing like on an Egg McMuffin.

That's been my preferred egg cooking style lately.

I love egg threads. I always eat so many eggs when I get home after reading them.

Poached is my number one, then soft boiled, then scrambled "the French way". Really, scrambled in a sense that I cook them on medium heat, constantly stirring, and they get done in a couple minutes. Wonderfully smooth & delicious.

Honestly i'll eat them in any style as long as they aren't brown and overcooked.

Love French-style rolled omelettes. Not a hint of brown, a little soft in the middle, and fluffy like proper scrambled eggs.
