NDAs wouldn't supersede the DOJ or breaking the law. Also, I highly doubt an nda for a public official would be enforceable anyway.
He could try to claim executive privilege but I don't see him sticking his neck out for trump.
How awesome is it that this thread could be a brand new one or something bumped from basically everyday prior. So awesome.

Keep in mind that people who "work for the government" actually work for the people. They're public workers, their work product is publicly paid for and publicly owned. Tax dollars literally fund their salary. Some stuff is covered under national security, obviously, but anything they do in a work-capacity is the property of the public. Anyone can make a freedom of information request and get emails, documents, memos, etc.
I don't actually think Whitaker is willing to obstruct justice, he chickened out when he realized how badly it could go for himself.

I'm pretty sure Trump is going to go on a hiring bonanza to find the person stupid enough to actually execute the obstruction of justice. And if he goes right past college-educated, ambitious people, with a reasonable amount of intelligence, and eventually hires some Trump supporter out in a rural area, that only believes what Fox says, he'll have that person willing to obstruct justice.
At this point, his only hope of finding people willing to sacrifice their lives by doing whatever he asks is if he starts hiring only the worst people. The best people have too strong a sense of self-preservation.
I need a book that tells me:

Not to go off topic, but is anyone else having issues with tweets loading? I never had a problem before the site update (though I know many others did).
At this point, who in their right mind can parse the ramblings of that lunatic with a sincere intent on deriving any meaning from it. It's just word salad bitching with random names and terms that he remembered from whatever conservative entertainment he most recently consumed.

This kind of stuff really turns me off. If I just wanted to 'win' and 'own' the other side with reckless/braindead tweets I'd just be a Republican. I'm a Democrat because I don't want my leaders to go dumb. Being dignified and mature matter to me. It is well beneath the dignity of her future office to respond to this. It only will hurt her in the long run, just like it has Trump. I like her combative spirit, but I question the wisdom of petty stuff like this that might undermine the real work you have to do in the future by damaging your credibility.
I guess you'd have to be a real moron to hire him, then. I don't think Trump understands how bad he looks when he tries to demean his own hires.
