The AI denoise just made up shit wholesale. Its normally used to enhance stuff already there.

If the image from the left is really the original, this is a stretch

I'll laugh a lot if this turns out to be true. Looks like Sanada has never done a video game before though.

(Keanu did have one previous video game credit - voice work on Enter the Matrix in 2003)

When I saw the thread I thought of Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (Shang Tsung) and got excited.

Guy I remember from the last season of LOST got me less excited

I just watched The Twilight Samurai last night and that film was fucking excellent. Dude definitely needs more recognition for sure. So it'd be pretty rad if he was in this.

Like I said, it's a theory - but it's plausible because actors tend to like working together after they have an enjoyable experience on something previously done together - and they have worked together before. I've seen this countless times -
two or more actors in the same film many times over - sometimes an actor will put in a good word or suggestion for an actor that they like that fits an un-cast part in a production they are doing.

Also concept artists tend to make characters look like the actors portraying them as a reference for the art.

I mean putting a Westworld actor into this game does seem like a plausible thing CDPR would do ala Charles Dance in Witcher.
