There’s an Anime character on a NSWF camsite [NSFW]

So. Apparently someone took the virtual YouTuber idea, and decided to turn it into porn. I tuned in for a bit after seeing her on my Twitter feed. She's using full body MoCap and is voicing the character in real time.



And it's pretty uh. It's something alright. She has physics, but there is a lot of clipping. And she appears to be limited in how she can display herself, so far. She's only been live for three days, but I will say it's interesting in a dystopian timeline sort of way. I'm thinking like, hologram lap dances I would expect in something like CyberPunk tho.

Some cam girls came off as a little salty that a 3D anime girl was, and is, the number one girl on the site now- but it's a woman running the show, and doing her part to make it happen. I have no idea what I think, but I'm definitely intrigued.

Is this too far, era? Or just the natural ascension of virtual personas in the online world?

Yeah, I expected this after watching someone stepping into a room in VR Chat with people pole dancing, mostly anime girls but I also saw Hank Hill. Man, can some people pull off realistic maneuvers when they have the full body gear.

A part of me is almost worried about the incel types who genuinely want to love an anime character and have descended down the rabbit hole to irredeemable territory and become absolutely obsessed with someone like ProjectMelody and spend all their savings on her. Like, people donate BUCKS to Ninja and Timthetatman. And this girl totally knows her audience down to the memes and the voice, and the 'I love you's.

but there's some real shit people in that crowd so I'ma enjoy the memes and not worry about it and applaud Melody for probably being on her way to being stacked with cash.

Sex workers already deal with enough bullshit, so it's perfectly understandable why they're upset, and some of the people on Twitter/other places cheering this and laughing at the camgirls are probably some of the same people that call camgirls thots/e-girls that don't deserve to get paid because you can find similar things for free.

I hope this woman capitalizes hard, gets the mad bucks, and dips quickly because this is a memetastic novelty but the next thing you know you got people trying to track down your identity in real life with a passion and you got at minimum 2 controversies in real life caused by this and covered by news outlets
