I've seen some ask "Why hasn't anyone done this before?" and well, people kinda have. The easiest way to do this, and is the way this user seems to be doing it as well, is to use VRChat. Problem is, VRChat strictly forbids you sharing adult content from within the game. They turn a blind eye to adult content inside the game if it is done in a private room, but do it in a public room or broadcast it to the internet and it is against their terms. The VRChat devs have taken down YouTube and Twitch streams in the past and banning the users for merely streaming things like clothed lap dances. So, if the VRChat devs still feel that way, they'll likely contact Chaturbate and get the stream taken down like they've done in the past.
Hopefully they've loosened up tho. Sex workers deserve to make money and feel safe, and this is a great way to be a lot more safe.
