All performers have to verify to receive tips. So the person has been verified. However there is no real way to prevent someone being verified and then allowing someone underage to be the performer thereon. I'm thinking theres gonna be some hiccups to work out with this.
Doesn't the person responsible for this performance, motion capture included, still have to verify her own age? I would assume so.
