And a lot of people are on board, but there are thousands of other people at THQ who weren't involved with that fiasco. Saying fuck THQ as in the entire company when it was a handful of people who responsible for the garbage fire kinda sucks imo.

Their apology was more like a "we're sorry you're upset" rather than an actual apology. They need to make the people who held an AMA on a child porn site have actual consequences.
Nick/Viacom probs made licencing deals before that and whenever it comes time to renew it will probably be seen as ancient history and nick/Viacom will be looking to renew based off sells of this and other Nick up games.
I think it needs to be stated that the issues people have with THQ are largely not the bottom and middle ground parts of the company (as well as developers who had signed on with them, particularly smaller ones, prior to all this going down). It's specifically the Upper management who've refused to take action against the parties involved with the matter (specifically one person of note), which has lead to outcries against the company as the whole.
Never played the original so if they put it out around $30 they have me. Zero chance I go above that.

Pretty much this. Just because folks like myself are saying "Fuck THQ" doesn't mean fuck anyone associated with them. It's clearly directed at the higher ups who participated in that AMA and also those who found out about it but refused to do any action towards it.
they're probably also gonna announce something simpsons related. they have a lot of games in the pipeline, they said something ridiculous like 80 projects in the works not so long ago.
Yes and no. If the company had held those people responsible then it would just be on them. When the leadership chose to do nothing, and issued a non-apology, then it reflects much worse on the company as a whole. Yes this isn't the fault of the devs down in the trenches, or those that signed publishing deals before all of this, but the issue went beyond one or two people and ultimately is laid at the feet of their executives.
A bit off-topic, but the mod message always says 'THQ Nordiq' instead of 'THQ Nordic', and my OCD gets activated every time I see it. Do with it whatever you want. Just wanted to notify you about it. :)
