I was saying that one specific user was fake. He didnt have the status next to his name that the other real posters had. But i guess it was

Playing devil's advocate: He could have confused the place as equal to 4chan without realizing everything else. Even that doesn't hold up because one quick glance at the place and you'd have all the info you need to logically make the conclusion that you done fucked up.
He'll ideally be fired or "let go." Or quietly move him somewhere and lay low for awhile. They shouldn't be let off the hook even if they do fire him though.
8chan is an anonymous board, you probably can't register even if you wanted.
