Look above the ad. They're advertising /trapshota/. Shotacon refers to attraction to little boys like lolicon refers to attraction to little girls.
DDG pulls its searches from multiple sources - including Yahoo and Yandex, IIRC.
the ad is the tamest thing on that screencap. but yeah, even having this AMA on 4chan would have been a better look than this. I mean, 4chan explicitly has a wordfilter in place for this site.
