He seems too young to get the medal. There is also no doubt that Tiger would receive it in the future so whatever.

Supposedly Trump has a golf handicap of 2.8. Assuming you believe he doesn't cheat, and there are plenty of stories about that.

Yes, Trump knows/likes golfers, and golfers know him considering his business dealings - this isn't a new fact.

All the juvenile posts in here aside, Tiger is the best to ever do it and this is a pretty cool recognition following on from what was a phenomenal achievement this weekend.

Tiger Woods is a bad person because he drove under the influence. Ignoring that to talk about accomplishments for hitting a ball is certainly more juvenile. But when it comes to celebrities, some people would rather be willfully ignorant.

It's only April but tiger winning the masters is the sports story of the year no doubt. Of course the prez would want to steal some of that shine.

Trump was probably more excited than anyone when Tiger won, knowing that he'd get to make it all about to him (as usual) with a big ceremony and photo-op of he and a black athlete smiling and laughing it up.

I bet you everything that Trump was calling around to all of his buddies over the last 24 hours bragging about how he and Tiger are cool.

Tiger and Trump are actually very good friends and have been for a while. This isn't surprising in the least and nobody should expect him to decline the invite.
