I see last night you guys saw the moment when everybody watching it in Japanese that Jojo Part 5 is going to be brutal as fuck. Uncut Jojo Part 5 cannot be aired too early.

That whole backstory for the Assassin group is anime original and iirc because of that all the assassins appear earlier than they were supposed to in the manga before their big fight chapter
The bit of those two guys who died were in the manga though
Also those two The Mafia boss killed were a gay couple
Also the people who killed them (the ones in shadows and who you don't see their face) are actually foreshadowing of future characters and like the assassins appear earlier than they do in the manga

Despite the tragic backstory, It's difficult to feel sympathy for Patri and the reincarnated elves because they just want to murder every human in the kingdom who had nothing to do with the massacre.

Just checked. Yeah, it was #20, below Lupin Part 5 & above Jojo Part 1.
I still find the way shows are split and not split to be pretty arbitrary. Lupin Part IV and V have the same staff, Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency are split despite literally being the same season. One Punch Man season 2 split from season 1 would definitely result in both ranked differently.

Probably my only "that's a bummer" reaction is to Jojo Part 4 not even making top 3 for Best Show, but otherwise, everything else is pretty much close to what I would've picked or totally understand what got picked deserved to win.
