Some of that being dumb fillerThis MHA arc is a bit middling, but it does have some of the weirder powers in the series.

Darn was hoping for shingeki reruns or SAO, bring them back so we can relieve the glory days.I am guessing HxH is goin to be replaced with a rerun. DeMarco mentioned some of it's best episodes are going to air.
That's pretty cool.I am guessing HxH is goin to be replaced with a rerun. DeMarco mentioned some of it's best episodes are going to air.

Zonic: Why don't Killua wish she isn't viewed as a toolProbably because Killua doesn't just view Alluka as a tool to be used
"Uppity" lol
And I thought vegeta liked strong woman"Uppity" lol
Next episode: "Those saiyans girls should just go back to the kitchen"
It's not like Bulma can actually beat him up
I will say, the way Togashi addressed the whole "why not just wish for the powers to be sealed" thing rather well and makes me appreciate how much he covers his bases for a show dedicated to sticking to its rules. I didn't bring it up last week because I didn't want to seem like I was ruining the emotional part of the scene. I felt that maybe that scene could've worked earlier if Killua tried to seal the powers at the house to gain his family's trust, but Alluka wouldn't have been happy with that method due to wanting Nanika to be allowed to leave the house as well, so then Killua comes up with that plan to allow both of them to escape. Though I'm fully aware that might not have worked in terms of storytelling & still worked perfectly well with how it was done.Probably because Killua doesn't just view Alluka as a tool to be used
& to think they had trouble airing Fujiko Mine, yet this ending.
I know, that was more a jab at the fact the OP would've been censored to hell & how I couldn't help but think of that show. That ending was a G Rated Disney movie compared with anything in The Woman Called Fujiko Mine.
Seems like the other series average between 25 and 50 percent
They would've had to edit a lot in The Woman Called Fujiko Mine. They probably decided that it wasn't worth it.
There's an interesting thing with Nanika I can finally bring up on the podcast after the last episode is over that really puts the last arc, and how the series has treated her, into perspective.I will say, the way Togashi addressed the whole "why not just wish for the powers to be sealed" thing rather well and makes me appreciate how much he covers his bases for a show dedicated to sticking to its rules. Again, I only overthink this because the show does such a good job of coming up with rules and making sure it sticks with them, and that fights are usually about outsmarting the opponent than raw power. I don't want to sound as though "PLOTHOLE, THEREFORE THIS ARC IS BAD" because I still really enjoyed it. I may be annoyed by the lack of thinking in shows like DBZ, but the show clearly isn't aiming for applying logic to its plot or fights, hence why I just said "screw it, no point in bringing up stuff like the dragon balls" and realized no point in questioning its logic because there's little of it in the first place. I also acknowledge that this is more on me having a bad habit of overthinking stuff, which I'm slowly trying to fix.
Yeah, one of the Adult Swim guys said they considered it, but there was just too much nudity. I imagine one of the Standards and Practices people just looked at the opening and laughed them out of the room.
Lol, yeah, there's no way in hell this was airing on Toonami. Maybe if there was a fully uncensored block like Comedy Central used to have very late at night.Yeah, one of the Adult Swim guys said they considered it, but there was just too much nudity. What's up with the DKC cartoon avatar
Kite's nen ability has a special roll that only comes up when he's about to die and that had a hand he causing him to be reborn as Meruem's sister.
The Queen had another child right before she died. The same one Colt raised that turned out to be Kite.
