I do think he is eaten alive by the fact that McCain is beyond his reach, and that McCain passed away "uncowed". He didn't suck up to Trump. He torpedoed an attempt to destroy the ACA. He won.

I know it's only tangentially related to the topic at hand, but if these concentration camps are all Obama's fault and Trump's modus operandi is to destroy every part of his legacy, then why doesn't Trump shut down the camps?
