And I heard about this earlier when my friend's dopey aunt proclaimed "they aren't gonna mess with you now, Donny!" That turned into a huge argument between her and my friend. She said some of the most viscous things I've heard her about how Trump supporters feel.

I agree with your criticism of the US as a failing neoliberal pit but I would point out that Clinton actually did win the popular vote. Trump does represent us but we are deeply divided as a nation, and a majority of America did not want this outcome.
Remember when Republicans were pissed that Obama wore a tan suit and, when he held his coffee, saluted with the wrong hand? They are perfectly fine with Trump. It was racism all along.
Oh yeah, it's 100%, undeniable racism. The GOP are white supremacists, full stop. Same with their voters. Every other United States citizen needs to stop beating around the bush and just openly and flagrantly call these people the white supremacist fascists that they are.
You can sue anyone for anything. Whether or not you can get a lawyer to represent you or it stands any chance in court depends on the the situation.

The alternative is for people to admit they were wrong about him and change their stance, but the most vocal Trump supporters sure as shit aren't going to do that. Where I live (TN) I see people double-down on accepting Trump's childish, unacceptable behavior on a daily basis. Hell, they don't just accept it- they love it. They'll march with him into the shit-filled sewers with smarmy smiles on their faces to the very end.
Bullying is only bullying when it's calling out White people for racism. Please minorities, keep letting White kids call you names and beat you up, and whatever you do, don't insinuate it's because of your skin color. That's bullying!
