My thoughts?

Kayne is a pathetic sellout. Has he forgotten on what happened to other blacks like Chrisette Michelle, Tina Campbell (Mary Mary's sister) & Omarosa who used to support Trump?

Most of the black community will eventually turn on him just like they had done with those three people that I had mentioned. And Kayne himself is too stupid to realize that Trump is only using him for his own benefit.

Once Kayne had served his purpose, Trump will drop him like a hot potato just like he did with Omarosa (& she also used to be a big Trump ass-kisser, too).

Once again... it's almost like Kanye doesn't have any solid political opinion, that he doesn't know what he's talking about - which he himself has stated by saying he's done no research - and that as such anything he endorses or retweets is meaningless. It's 'free speech' taken to its logical extreme of "I don't actually have to educate myself or learn about anything, but here's my two cents anyway".

He could retweet scientologists and flat-earthers at this point and I wouldn't be surprised.

I'm sure those RTs are mere days away tbh. he'll probably RT any remotely-influential internet figurehead who types up some message about "leading with love."

Frankly the only part of this I'm here for is the right-wingers who tried to claim Kanye as one of their own completely eating their words

Was his posted, photo of Kanye with Candace Owens... from the Donald:

Apparently the other guy is Charlie Kirk who runs Turning Point USA and appointed Owens as their "director of urban engagement"... because Housing and Urban Development was already taken by Ben Carson.

Among other idiotic and/or racist positions, he wants a black Congresswoman to take an IQ test:

One thing I realized throughout this spectacle is that the right-wing are desperate for mainstream acceptance from pop culture. They are the first ones to tell celebrities to shut the hell up and stay in their "lanes", yet also trip over themselves to shower praise and adoration for any celebrity that publicly shares their views.

Definitely. They’re like rabid dogs that haven’t been fed in weeks.

They elected a damn celebrity. They crave recognition.

We should stop saying Kanye is trying to build a bridge or doesn’t have a solid political opinion for catering to alt right and left. The bridge was burnt for a reason, so alt right and Nazis do not become normalized. His attempt to normalise the Nazi like folks is worst than his liking for Trump as president

So what -is- Turning Point USA? It feels like yet another thing that I'd never heard of before yet crawled out of nowhere and is suddenly very important.

I'm still shocked people give TPUSA the time of day or that the organization hasn't changed names. They get roundly mocked for this to this day.

Somewhere out there's a guy whose background check for jobs hits a couple thousand images of him in a diaper to own the libs thanks to TPUSA.

Is Charlie Kirk the guy with the pacifier?

Also, great example of conservatives calling anyone who gets offended a baby until their press secretary gets mocked.

Behind you.
This was my man.

I'm not aboard the TrumpYe train, regardless of how much I love MBDTF, 808s, and Yeezus. Kanye was a tolerable level of dumb in his antics, but now this is crossing a line with him playing with ideas that he has no business playing with. He can get as high as he wants on "dragon energy" and "love", but I'm not here for it.

It would honestly be both the saddest & funniest thing if Kanye West managed to bridge the political divide between modern America. At the moment, he's no different from your average 4chan-browsing 12-year old, who sides with Trump because le memes and le trolling. Trolling is something high schoolers do, not 40 year old men who have three kids and are coming off a mental breakdown.

my favorite part about this is Kanye and his yes men acting like they're putting everyone one on to brand new information.

everyone knows that Lincoln was a Republican, dude. just like anyone with any sense knows he wouldn't be one today.
