Hilarious. No explanation of how they're going to get legal access to the land at the border without being able to use eminent domain. So obviously going to spread that money around to "consultants" until it's all gone. Could not happen to a more deserving group of shit heads.
Wether it be federally built or privately constructed, does it matter who actually builds the wall to those that donated? I mean, I doubt those that have donated to this guy care who builds the wall, they just want it built by any legal means. Don't see, in that regard, how it's a scam. That's how it works in all countries. In the US, in China, money that's given out to contractors almost always is used to enrich a few select people. Bid is $200 million? Two or three million will vanish (not literally, it will be justified somehow). For something of this size, I fully expect people charging $500/hr to shop for cement.

Even if they raised a billion dollars, the land has got to come from somewhere and a ragtag group of bottom-tier Hannity guests and Erik Prince can't use eminent domain or build on government land.
