If it goes to the government it's in the form of a donation to the Treasury which just goes into a general fund. So it would have just been used to pay for random shit. This was known to anyone who isn't an idiot before the whole thing started and I'm sure that includes Kolfage. In the gofundme he said they were trying to secure a contact in the administration to hand the money off to. What that person would do was never explained but either way that's not a thing. This entire thing was so fucking absurd from the beginning.
