10 gig speeds should be available through broadband/wireless connections in 2-5 years. Mobile speeds won't get that high in that timeframe but home based connections should.
His Twitter feed is a modern version of the Enigma machine that he uses to communicate with Russia. That's why what he's saying never makes any sense.
