He's not. He does this like every month. He's looking at the Rasmussen poll, which consistently has him higher than pretty much every other poll. So of course, that's his favorite.
Right that makes sense! I've honestly never even really looked into these polls, seeing them referenced always made me as a Brit wonder what they were!
well he's only really work work as president maybe 50% of the time at best? Rest is spent on TV, eating well done steaks + ketchup and golf.
I'm not sure that was actually the case here. At least not until recently. He actually seemed pretty okay for the first year and a half, when he had no clue what the Presidency meant or its responsibilities. Then things changed over the last six months, where he still doesn't have a clue about the Presidency, and still doesn't care, but now he's losing years from his life over the Mueller investigation. THAT, and not the overwhelming specter of his responsibility as a leader of the most powerful nation on Earth, is what finally started stressing him out.
His buttons are easy to push. If only the free press would stop trying to make a buck off his stupidity and do their job as a check on the government.
He's cherry picking the highest approval rating of a poll that is consistently 5% in the Republican favor. He's really at 42% where he has been for a year. He will drop to 30 in a recession so that's his floor.
What progress has been made on "vets" in the past two years aside from ballooning as (some fucking how) the biggest counter-argument to legal immigration by right wing dipshits on facebook. I realize you could pick apart the other "points" made in that tweet just as easily.
Quite a bit of them missed Thanksgiving with their family for a border stunt. Surely that counts for something?

What has he done with the vets and military? He was just complaining about how much we spend on defense and recently news of vets getting shit medical treatment still. Cutting taxes as a Republican is the most basic thing you can do and appointing judges is the bare minimum a president can accomplish.
Lol Rasmussen only calls houses with landlines. Their polling is basically a reflection of the nation's grandparents, and nothing else

Scroll down gives comparisons for POTUS since Truman (1945) - who had a 87% approval rating after WW2 and pissed that all away in the early 1950s to 23% which I think is also the lowest...

There is no logic behind the stuff he says, remember that time he said that the russians didn't interfere in the election and then after that he blamed Obama for not doing anything about the interference?

Rasmussen is biased polling, so it never did go up.
His approval ratings would skyrocket if he'd just step down as president and hide away for the rest of his miserable life

Yes, yes they are. Real Clear Politics has him around 43%. Rasmussen consistently oversamples whites to get the results that they do. Their methodology is flawed.
