Agreed. Good pedigree, though. I'll give it a shot.I can't get excited for Sharp Objects. It just looks like yet another grimdark murder show
Humans Season 3 is back tonight- for those in the US. Already premiered in the UK I believe.
Oh boy, that's only a taste of things to come. ;D By the way I wonder if you'll also hateby the end of the season. Just an awful character. :)Rasmus
Ok I think I got through the dreadful episode. That one with Beatrice and Rasmus
I also read up on the story and yeah.....OF COURSE it's some dumb government/science experiment to investors.
No for me episode 5 was by far the worstThe one about the cult. Very unoriginal premise, plus they're super nice to encourage everyone to stay and then - BAM! - let's play a game who's gonna get eaten, and on top of that the important scientist decides to commit suicide before/instead sharing any useful info.
In his first series regular role in over two decades, Jim Carrey stars as Jeff, aka Mr. Pickles, an icon of children's television, a beacon of kindness and wisdom to America's impressionable young minds, who also anchors a multimillion-dollar branding empire. But when Jeff's family begins to implode, he finds no fairy tale or fable or puppet will guide him through the crisis, which advances faster than his means to cope. The result: a kind man in a cruel world faces a slow leak of sanity as hilarious as it is heartbreaking. Starring Jim Carrey, Catherine Keener and Judy Greer. Don't miss the series premiere of Kidding Sunday, September 9 at 10/9C.
Lmao I stopped like near the end of S5. I guess I may binge finish it when it's over but...
I mean, has it been good? I was so over Scarlett and Gunnar's bullshit
And Maddie god just die
Oh right, that is happening this week as well. With The Fosters ending this week, I am running low on soapy family dramas soon.
Back half of season 2 was great IMO, and all of season 3 was awesome.I tried 12 Monkeys and relatively enjoyed the first season but I can't seem to get through Season 2. Is it worth continuing or should I just back out now?
Tonight is also the premiere of Marvels Cloak and Dagger. My DVR showed 2 new episodes scheduled.
Have any reviews come out on this? Curious to know how it's reviewing from the usual suspects
I didn't see this alert.

I dropped Nashville shortly after it changed networks because I was busy and don't know if I want to get back to it.
Succession ep 2 - This show is actually way more entertaining than I thought it was going to be.
Same.Incredible finale for Patrick Melrose. What a bravura work that series was. I would be gobsmacked if it didn't end up as my #1 of the year.

^^^Just finished it and couldn't agree more Ratsky. I don't even have the words to express how great it was.
Give Cumberbatch all the Emmys.
Same.
I'm not sure I've ever been quite this affected by a piece of TV. Absolutely stunning work from top to bottom.
Claws - Oh how I needed this back in my life. More batshit insane and hilarious than ever, plus male strippers! Franka Potente is an incredible addition to the cast.
Recently watched Howards End. I loved the lead characters Helen and Margaret and the relationship between the two as they put in great performances and the chemistry between the two is amazing and really enjoyed that period of time. Trying to find another show like it.
