You may want to spoiler tag it. The one on the right straight up triggers Trypophobia in people (fear of irregular patterns with bumps or small holes.) My wife seems to have this phobia. She seriously can't even look at stuff like this.

That's the best part about them too is that you can literally flat out miss this things. I remember telling a coworker about the "things" underneath the city and he came back the next day and said he hated me lol
Alot of things in From games are super fucked up but I'm not quite sure ugly is exactly what I'd use to describe them. I find most of them fascinating to look at. Like the mind of whoever created these things is twisted as hell but super imaginative.
