Here's my problem with Boris. Not only did he deliberately decide to do drugs (which is apparently a bad thing) he was then too fucking incompetent to do them properly.

I don't think he failed at doing coke. He's probably done shitloads. What he said was a variation on Bill Clinton's "but I didn't inhale" line. He's trying to walk a line between rebellious and responsible, but like Clinton he just looks like a cunt.
To be fair to Clinton he did say it years ago when people really cared about such things.
