That looks like my dota games, 3 noobs going midas and we lose at 20mYeah I understand the theory behind MoM on sniper but it's not something I'm happy to do. If you are forced to take the MoM I guess it makes sense.
I don't think either of these units need buffs. Maybe for season 2.

Is it even still worth picking up Helm of the Undying? It went from beyond broken to what feels like useless.
I'm confused about the wording of the patch. So does it still have the unit do damage to enemy units, just not count when taking Life from the enemy player?
Ah - that makes more sense - I literally thougth they meant it did no damage in the fight itself...and just hung around on the board watching others fight!Correct.

So prior to the patch, if an undying unit was in the "undying state" when you won the round they would deal 1-3 damage (base on star level) to your opponent. Now they don't deal that damage to your opponent. But if they are your last unit alive, and you win because a hero in the "undying state" finishes off your opponent's last piece, you will get credit for winning the round. Your opponent will take damage based on the round number (2 for 11-19, 3 for 21-29, etc). Also, you will get the victory gold and have a win streak extended.
At least that's how I interpret it.

You *can* get some crazy HP buffs but it needs pretty careful positioning and trying to manage last hits.
My default aim at the minute is to get two trolls, and some combo of 4 knights/warlocks/savage...i.e. a mix of attack speed, DPS buff, and a health/survivability buff.
The thing I struggle with at the moment is transitioning from say early shields (blue shiled alliance) to 2/4 kinights, wthout losing a ton of health.
Refresher does the same thingI've found my new favorite thing. This probably isn't any new information, but I love the Bracers of Desperation on Lone Druid. If you're facing assassins he gets two bears out immediately.
I think refresher is better on ranged and bracers are better on meleeMaybe I'm wrong, but with refresher isn't there at least a chance he doesn't get any out? With Bracers there's at least a guarantee of one.
Items and what heroes to use them on is probably the weakest part of my knowledge on the game.
