Undocumented Americans in Mexico

This is not living on the border in Tijuana. It's interesting there are more and more people moving across the border for nice weather and affordable living since California is getting out of control.

undocumented americans? mexico doesn't ask americans for papers when entering the country. americans can pretty much come and go as they please.
