I see he has about 51 hours in now... That's about the max time I put into a KH game with almost everything complete (excluding gummiship missions). Don't see how the game is lacking much content with the hours hes putting in.
A hardcore true fan™ would get that shit done in half the time.

In fact too long games can drag out (looking at you Persona 5) which just hurt replayability. Part of reason I've replayed every KH game in the HD collections about 10 times the past two years is because they are fast to play through.

Exactly game time doesn't break or make a game its important whats inside the hours you spend. Spider Man was an amazing experience even if it would be shorter/longer.
Why would you do that to begin with on first run.
I usually don't, but when those credits role it's open season on where to find all the items.
I've been watching what stuff has dropped things and have been noting it for myself. It'll be helpful for shaving time off of synthesis for me. One thing I'm not looking forward to though is finding chests, the worlds are so big it'll likely be easy to miss one and having to back track won't be fun.
It's great to play games without guides. I'll be enjoying looking for mickey symbols and chests, it'll take some time for sure. Back in 2014 when I played KH2FM I spent 30 minutes looking for a chest in the land of dragons, boy did I feel stupid when it were in the emperors room...

Spidey was the most fun Platinum I've ever had to do. I never had to struggle or force myself to do anything. Which is a stark contrast to the hardest Platinum I've done to date, Bloodborne.
I think some people no matter what the content of the ending is are going to be dissapointed, it's just been so long coming that people likely have WILD expectations.
I'm not sure why you're bringing up Spider-Man here since the quality of content outside of the main campaign is frankly pretty crap in that game. It's just busy work typical of every average open world game, and most of the best open world games are moving beyond that. Quality of content is more important than quantity. (Also, there's like next to no chance the main campaign in KH3 will be as good as Spider-Man considering the atrocious quality of previous KH games when it comes to story etc.) An ideal game length for KH3's main campaign would be around 20 hours. More than that, and you can basically expect some bullshit padding that just detracts from the overall experience.

People are getting mad that upgrading the Keyblades doesn't get you anything else as a bonus. People are getting more insane by the day with this game.

For people with the Starlight code,I'm assuming you get the keyblade asap which basically seems like the KK is almost immediately obsolete lol
Depends how early you want to use it. If you don't use the code, it seems to be one of the last keyblades you get, plot progression-wise. Personally didn't find them too bad to do, I just played them over the course of a a few days here and there.
I mean, didn't even the mobile game make the Keyblades look different when you leveled them up?
I can see why people can see this approach here as a "step down".
It does look like it takes quite a bit of effort to level them. I look at the benefits of the keyblades. Nano gear for example has barrier block, that's a major pro for it.
Ultima has colossal strength and magic, and I don't even know if it's upgradable or not, but it definitely would be a game changer.
I probably would main starlight for a while, have the KHUX code, it's cool it's an additional keyblade and not a reskin though. I wonder if the Amazon keyblade will be similar.

Going by the Situation Commands these console pre-order Keyblades get they'll be variations of Second Form just like Starlight.
Well I'm getting the digital version and the physical because I was able to get both discounted, I wonder how OP thunder will be on Xbox. I can give a rough translation, basically you get a situation command for the 4th tier of magic with one of those keyblades.
It just gives you a magic boost in power like thunder boost and such.

Apparently people on KH insider have seen more copies in distribution lately, I would imagine that KH3 is going to have new leaks pretty soon.
