Q: How's the UI?
A: UI is fine, just as good as KH2. The exclamation points from the journal are back. So that's a downside.

Q: If you were to compare KH3's worlds to 1 and 2, which one is it closest to?
A: It's more similar to Kingdom Hearts 2.

Q: Can you level up the forms (Magic, Power, Guard)? Also, do the forms have separate abilities from Sora?
A: There are no forms so far as we can tell.

Q: Does the game have combo modifiers like KH2? If the answer is yes, how many do you guys have?
A: Yes. We got more counter stuff than anything right now.

Q: Are there enemies that don't stagger?
A: Plenty.

Q: How good is the game so far? (24 hours in)
A: It's alright, I'm not the one playing it though. I touched it for a few minutes and it felt nice.

The person actually playing described the game as "fun as fuck".

Q: Are there KH1 and 2 scenes in KH3?
A: There's a lot of them yes.

Q: How's partner AI?
A: Donald is still a worthless on cure. Goofy is still the best thing since sliced bread.

Q: Aside from fighting Heartless, is there any other stuff you can do?
A: There's plenty of side content.

Q: How long are the worlds?
A: 2.5-3 hours long

I think it's fair to trust the leak, they stated that you play as Aqua and fight Vanitas which we just learned.

To sum things up from all the various bits of info floating about

Terra, Aqua, Ventus are fine
Riku and Kairi are fine
Roxas, Xion, Lea, and Isa are fine
Naminé goes to the islands for a final scene with everyone
Sora gets lost in time (we don't know HOW this happens, supposedly he's Thanos'd, would support what the leaker said about the game being Infinity War 2.0)

Foretellers show up in the credits (so Ira, Ava, Gula, Aced, Invi)
Xemnas orders Xion to kill Axel but she betrays the Organization and joins your party when fighting Saix
Riku and Sora beat Repliku
Before the final fight, Sora and Kairi sit down at Destiny Islands and share a Paopu fruit
Master Xehanort, Vanitas and Repliku die, Young Xehanort, Ansem and Xemnas are sent back to their timelines
Young Xehanort is evil as fuck
You fight Saix with Roxas as a party member
You fight YX, Ansem and Xemnas all at once with Mickey and Riku as party members
MX is "redeemed" (???)
Most of the Organization get reverted and survive

Just speculation but the X-blade and Kingdom Hearts is probably used to restore everything after beating MX which restores everything and even uncorrupts Xehanort and the Organization. Possibly how he's "redeemed". Dunno though.
