Miitomo randomly coming out and selling over a million is very funny to me.

New Pokémon Snap seems to have a good start but I was hoping for more.

Ring Fit at 11 million is absurd, what a success story.

Mario Golf is already the second best selling game in the series, just behind N64, and will surpass it next quarter.

it never did. it was really close in past quarters where the difference was under a million but MK8 has been pulling away for months now.
AC only had a real chance last year but it's over. MK is just on a different level.

Mario Kart and Animal crossing going for 50 million. Smash probably will end up in the 30-40 million range. Want to see Zelda numbers too but with the sequel coming botw will probably decline in sales. Amazing figures all around though. Nintendo has very powerful ip's.

I remember that thread years ago where someone predicted that Smash Ultimate would sell 25 million units and everyone (including myself) laughed.

Welp. It's going to pass that before long.

EDIT: This is actually only a comparison of Q4 of each year. Impressive, but not as impressive as I thought it was.

This has to be my favorite image that I've seen included in an investor report. The graph shows the number of Nintendo 1st-party software sales in each fiscal year Q4 of every year.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will become the best selling Mario Kart game very soon. The Wii's total is only a few 100K units above it.

Last quarter MK8D had a growth of 1.98M and ACNH 1.45M from the previous quarter, so MK8D lost ~300k an ACNH lost ~200K, doesn't seem to be much movement between the two and are growing at a constant rate
I've been waiting for ACNH to take the top spot since November but it seems to be going steady. I'm sure whichever gets the first major DLC update will be the clear winner tho

Well, as title say... i predict that Super Smash Bros: Ultimate will sell over 25 million lifetime, and will become BY FAR the biggest Super Smash Bros game ever released. Why i think so? First off, let's see the sales numbers for the others Super Smash Bros games. Super Smash Bros - 5.55...

New Pokemon Snap did really well.
With the free update and all the Pokemon content arriving in the next couple months it should have quite solid legs as well. What a comeback.

I'm shocked at how the Switch turns remakes into software that sells much better. Miitopia has no business being a 1M seller.

Overall, after seeing the big 3 quarterly results, everyone seems to be doing well. I hope it continues into the holiday season.

Sad times for MK8:D, maybe if they added a 250cc mode it might finally achieve its sales expectations. Pray for Nintendo.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX's last known figures were 1.2 million
Pokkén Tournament DX never had a figure given beyond "over 1 million"

Pokémon Conquest's figures were never divulged

The most recent spin-off that we know broke it is Pokémon Ranger Shadows of Almia in 2008

Ring Fit is going pass Splatoon and LGPE easily. Hopefully we get a sequel or some more games that use the ring soon.
